We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. If you have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform general garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Operate hand tools and power tools to maintain garden beds and landscapes
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat diseases or pests as needed
- Assist with the design and installation of new gardens or landscape features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in gardening
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
