CPA - Controller

Location - Bradford Ontario

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic professional to join our team.

Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Manual bookkeeping, will manage general accounting, payroll, financial reporting, project costing, HST, co-ordinate annual working papers with our external accountant.

Duties of this position include but not limited to:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, fulfilling the role of Accountant;
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letter, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, and/or presentation software
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation
- Compile and prepare reports on an as-needed basis

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong Organizational skill and attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimum information
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently

Must have an CPA Accounting designation or equivalent, minimum of three years related experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Chartered Professional Accountant (required)
