**Bradford Facility **For **Assistant Controller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling, analyzing and documenting account and transaction information.
- Prepares balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis and commentary.
- Support the company's continuous improvement program through business partnership and financial analysis
- Partner cross functionally to identify and recommend solutions to root cause issues
- Support the design and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, KPI tools and dashboards.
- Prepare government remittances, accounting audit & tax work papers.
- Train, coach and support the accounts payable team
- Prepare vendor payments by verifying and documenting weekly cash disbursements.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and proactively resolve invoice and payment issues
- Look after new Vendor setup and vendor master data management
- Other tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- CPA Designation or advanced standing in CPA professional program preferred
- 3-5 Years Finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required)
- Strong organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with issues in a diplomatic and positive manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
