As Client Service/Account Lead, you’ll work closely with our team to ensure that all our client’s needs are best met. With your strong attention to detail and organization skills, you’ll work with our team to see projects through to completion, while keeping everyone mindful of timelines and budgets. You will be the go-to support for our clients to help to manage their projects and deliverables. As a relationship builder, you will stay attuned to your client’s needs to ensure the work we are delivering is meeting their expectations and goals.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide an amazing client experience by being a relationship builder, keeping timelines & budget at the forefront, and always working to achieve client goals
- Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams
- Lead daily coordination of projects to maintain an efficient workflow
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate meetings, organizing and brainstorming ideas, completing research, and being the go-to keeper of information
- Act as a liaison between the client and the operations team to communicate goals, expectations, and client requests
- Act as a liaison between the client and KEEN’s finance team to set up billing information and provide regular updates for invoicing purposes
- Send regular project updates to clients with regard to scope, timelines, and budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, collect their feedback and help update project details
- Management and tracking of brand and marketing assets & inventory
- Manage project timelines and resources based on the scope and team capacity
- Manage the scheduling, preparation, and leading of client presentations, and meetings

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma with a business and/or project management focus
- Experience in client service and project management
- Experience managing multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with gathering client feedback and addressing concerns
- Experience with managing project budgets and timelines
- Detailed and organized multi-tasker who loves a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is an asset
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, analytic tools, and/or web development process would be considered an asset
