The successful team members would be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Table Games operations on an assigned area while rockin’ out and contributing to the vibe of the party.

- Computer literacy in MS
- Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
- Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
- Serving It Right certificate required
- The ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)

**DUTIES/RESONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
- Providing exceptional service to our guests and team members
- Monitoring Poker Dealers in an assigned area; maintaining game integrity; monitoring game limits and cash/value transactions
- Providing input for employee performance objectives and evaluations
- Participating in the implementation of Poker strategic plans
- Verifying cash/value transactions pertaining to floats, fills, credits and tips
- Responding to, resolving or escalating issues
- Reporting irregularities and suspicious activities
- Assisting in allotting player seating and waiting lists
- Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Ensuring everyone feels like they are an integral part of the VIBE atmosphere
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.12 per hour
