**Tipple Park Museum is looking for an outgoing and creative manager to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about local history while working with the public and community organizations.**

**The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities**:
**-Plan, develop, and deliver museum programs and exhibits**
**-Artefact management**
**-Archives management**
**-Policy and procedures development and implementation**
**-Facility usage management**
**-Administration and financial management**
**-Supervisory responsibilities**
**-Janitorial duties**

**Qualifications**:
**-Minimum Grade 12 education (Diploma or equivalency in Museum Studies or a**

**related field is preferred).**
**-Experience working in a museum or an environment where customer service is a**

**core focus.**
**-Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs, web-based searches and**

**-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.**
**-Satisfactory background screening is required for this position, which includes a**

**Criminal Record Check/Police Information Check and a Child Welfare Check.**
**-Physical requirements of the position include frequent standing, walking, bending**

**and lifting of materials,**
