**Job Title**: Business Operation Assistant

**Location**: Highway 7 & Leslie, Richmond Hill, ON

**Reports to**: This rolewill report to Chief Operation Officer

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
As the Business Operations Assistant, you will support the team in the day-to-day duties of running and growing the organization. These tasks include but are not limited to:
**Major Support**
- Provides administrative support to the logistics, shipping and inventory management support to the customers and vendors
- Coordinates the management and monitoring of finished goods inventory
- Maintain strong communication with our manufacturing vendors, and the customers we serve
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key customer/vendor contacts, particularly warehouse functions including, quality assurance, distribution shipping/receiving departments, and buyers/ merchandisers
- Supports domestic and international cargo shipments for routine and emergency operations by road, rail, ocean and air including chartered flights.

**Office management**
- Managing fixed assets of the company
- Managing prototype and demo machines
- Purchasing office supplies

**Executive Support**
- Assisting the COO with daily operations
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, briefing notes and correspondence materials.
- Other general affairs

**Qualifications**:

- Canadian high school diploma. Degree in business administration, economics, logistics, supply chain management or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position, preferred in electronic or IT industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in time management, prioritizing, planning, and organizing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Speaking Mandarin is a bonus

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
