Your employment with Walk of Grace includes $25-$30/hour depending on experience. You will have the freedom to work your own hours at our head office with the potential of working remotely. Currently this will be a very part-time position - average ten (10) hours/week with the potential to grow as WE grow
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll administered through Third Party Provider
- Recording bi-weekly payroll in Sage & reconcile TTP Payroll Register
- Compile & remit various payroll remittances
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Reconcile monthly Resident Homes’ Petty Cash
- Assist with compiling Resident Funding Requests
- Accounts Payable
- Organize and maintain accounting records in accordance with GAAP
- Misc. accounting tasks as required by the Finance Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary diploma and/or equivalent in education or experience considered an asset
- 2 - 5 years experience in an accounting role considered an asset but not mandatory
- Sage & Ceridian Payroll experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently once adequately trained
- Keen attention to detail and must be organized

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
