We are currently looking for a District Manager to lead our teams now and into the future.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role**: District Manager

**Location**:Northern Alberta

**Job Type**: Full Time Position

**Compensation**: We offer competitive wages as well as many team incentives

**Hours**: Variable Hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent ability to lead in a people-first manner
- Ability to coach, support business operations through collaboration and experience leading different volumes of restaurants.
- Experience as an operational leader in multi-unit settings.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in leadership and upward career progression
- Strong acumen in leading controllables in a variety of volume unit levels.
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum three years experience
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Passion to succeed and grow in an organization.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to utilize business reports and industry and competitor knowledge to identify opportunities to drive sales consistently.
- Ability to assess situations, customize solutions and communicate plans to direct reports to accomplish objectives.
- Strengths in cost management thus maximizing bottom line.
- Work in the restaurant requires a flexible schedule as our stores are open daily, which requires early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

**Salary**: $60,999.00-$80,000.00 per year
