Vancouver Fire & Radius Security is seeking a **Data Entry Administrator** to add to our growing Customer Service team. You will play a key role supporting the Customer Service team (CSD) by ensuring the timely documentation of our service job paperwork and by providing_ legendary_ customer service to our external and internal clients. If you are computer savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about pursuing a role in Customer Service, we want to hear from you.

Your success will be measured on how efficiently and accurately you are managing and executing these responsibilities:
- Accurately updating all documentation associated with service jobs
- Producing accurate and timely scanned documents
- Transferring data from paper formats into electronic files for our database
- Identifying and following up on deficiencies in paperwork per department procedures
- Escalating unresolved customer issues to Account Managers/Department Manager as per the team’s procedure
- Being on the phone queue, responding to customer requests
- Supporting CSD with invoicing and other admin tasks
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-year experience in an entry-level administrative role is a plus
- Proficient working experience with Microsoft office suite
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organizational skills with a desire to “get the job done right”
- Working knowledge of office equipment
