The Position:
Were looking for **full time and part time Sales Associates** with retail industry experience, great customer service and the passion and drive it takes to make a great sales associate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating our cash registers and managing financial transactions
- Achieving established goals and tasks set by manager
- Increase store sales, by providing excellent customer service
- Help Maintain a clean and tidy the sales floor throughout each shift
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

**Requirements**:

- Power Sports knowledge an asset (MX, Snowmobiling, ATV)
- A friendly, upbeat personality
- A competitive, self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Drive for seeking improvement in store performance and optimizing the customer experience
- Passion for action sports and performance lifestyles

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services or specific brands/brands
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing efforts
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Basic sales knowledge (e.g. cost of goods sold, discounts based on product category, marketing strategies, etc.)is required.
