Chez SITA, le gestionnaire de solutions joue un rôle essentiel dans l'élaboration de la stratégie de planification technologique de l'entreprise et influence les décisions de conception au sein de notre gamme de solutions, toutes destinées à répondre aux besoins commerciaux de notre clientèle diversifiée. Ce rôle consiste à agir en tant que conseiller de confiance, à offrir des conseils, un soutien et une expertise au cours des phases de proposition, de mise en œuvre et de déploiement des développements de produits nouveaux et existants. Vos contributions sont cruciales pour garantir que les solutions de nos clients sont effectivement personnalisées et optimisées.

En tant que Solution Manager, votre rôle consiste à comprendre des paysages techniques complexes et à fournir un leadership éclairé dans les domaines du réseau, du cloud et de la sécurité. Vous tirerez parti de vos connaissances d'expert pour conseiller sur les technologies et les services les mieux adaptés qui peuvent répondre aux besoins uniques de nos clients. Vos contributions seront déterminantes pour orienter notre feuille de route technologique en fonction des tendances émergentes. Votre objectif est de maintenir la nature innovante, sécurisée et efficace de nos solutions, en veillant à ce que nous restions à l'avant-garde et que nous offrions continuellement de la valeur à nos clients.

Par essence, votre rôle ne consiste pas seulement à collaborer, mais aussi à influencer, guider et conduire les aspects techniques de nos solutions de manière à promouvoir la satisfaction du client et à renforcer la réputation de SITA en tant que leader dans les solutions de réseau, de cloud et de sécurité.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ:

- Qualification technique et propriété des propositions : Ce rôle implique de fournir une qualification technique complète et de s'approprier les aspects techniques des propositions présentées aux clients. Cela nécessite une compréhension approfondie et un apprentissage continu des technologies actuelles, nouvelles et en évolution, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des divers portefeuilles de solutions de SITA.
- Conception et coordination des solutions : L'ingénieur solution réseau, cloud et sécurité est responsable de la conception et de la coordination du développement de solutions standard et complexes, qui peuvent impliquer plusieurs parties en interne et en externe. Cela inclut la sélection et la gestion de fournisseurs tiers afin de s'assurer que les exigences spécifiques des clients sont satisfaites.
- Engagement des clients et promotion des produits : Le rôle consiste à promouvoir SITA en fournissant aux clients des informations complètes et actualisées sur les produits actuels, les améliorations de produits et les nouvelles solutions. Cela se fait par le biais de réunions avec les clients, d'ateliers et d'autres canaux d'engagement. L'ingénieur doit s'assurer que les conceptions sont mises en œuvre efficacement dès la première fois et qu'elles peuvent être prises en charge au niveau opérationnel.
- Collaboration et partage d'idées : La collaboration avec les collègues pour acquérir et partager des idées, des connaissances et des opportunités est un élément clé de ce poste. En favorisant une culture d'échange de connaissances, nous pouvons stimuler l'innovation et la croissance collective.
- Leadership, mentorat et formation du personnel : Une part importante de ce rôle consiste à diriger, encadrer et coacher les membres de l'équipe. Il est essentiel d'organiser des formations techniques et de faciliter les certifications sur les produits et les technologies qui soutiennent l'industrie du transport aérien (ATI).
