L’Analyste de recouvrement travaille en collaboration avec le superviseur et le Sr analyste. Il est responsable des tâches suivantes: veiller à préserver la relation client et l’image de l’entreprise, gérer les litiges éventuels en liaison avec les équipes internes concernées et suivre les opérations de recouvrement, l’évolution des résultats, les demandes des clients.

- Gérer et effectuer le recouvrement d'un portefeuille complet de comptes
- Maintenir tous les comptes sous 60 jours
- Assurer le suivi des soldes impayés auprès des clients, notamment par des appels, des courriels et/ou des lettres de recouvrement
- Examiner et répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les comptes à recevoir
- Aider le superviseur des Comptes à recevoir à résoudre tous les problèmes de recouvrement, gérer un grand nombre de données sur les factures et rester informé de tous les écarts pour éviter qu'ils ne se reproduisent
- Veiller à la rapidité et à l'exactitude de l'exécution des tâches quotidiennes
- Résoudre les problèmes et les divergences
- Exécuter d'autres tâches liées aux comptes à recevoir

**Exigences du poste**
- Diplôme Collégial en comptabilité ou équivalent. Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un environnement de collection AR.
- Excellente connaissance d’Excel
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. (ESSENTIEL)
- Bonnes compétences analytiques, numériques et de recherches.
- Capable d'effectuer des tâches multiples et de travailler dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
- Faire preuve d'un très grand souci du détail
- Démontrer une forte éthique de travail
- Apporter de l'énergie, de l'enthousiasme et une attitude positive au travail
- Sens aigu de l'organisation

**Accounts Receivable Analyst**:
**Position** **Summ**ary**

The Accounts Receivable Analyst works in collaboration with his/her supervisor and the Sr Account Receivable Analyst. He/She is responsible for the following tasks: ensure that the customer relationship and the company's image are preserved, manage any disputes in liaison with the relevant internal teams, and monitor collection operations, the evolution of results, and customer requests.

- Manage and collect a complete portfolio of accounts.
- Maintain all accounts balance within 60 days.
- Review and respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Supervisor in resolving any collection issues, manage a large amount of data on invoices, and stay informed of any discrepancies to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of daily tasks.
- Resolve problems and discrepancies.
- Perform other accounts receivable-related tasks.

**Qualifications**
- College degree in accounting or equivalent. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an AR collection environment.
- High level of expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. (ESSENTIAL)
- Good analytical, numerical, and research skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work.
