Agir comme champion de l’engagement des associés ainsi que dans le cadre des programmes de rétention, au sein des succursales, en s’assurant d’exécuter des réunions de débats-rencontre et en collaborant avec la direction des succursales en vue de la résolution de problèmes, au besoin. Aider le gérant de la succursale à coordonner le sondage d’opinion des associés annuel, analyser les résultats, communiquer et l’exécuter le plan d’action pour stimuler un engagement plus fort Favoriser le respect des processus des RH et la conformité en déployant et gérant des directives des programmes et des processus des RH efficaces au sein de la succursale. Participer activement au processus d’intégration pour tous les nouveaux membres d’équipe, surveiller et veiller à l’exécution opportune des évaluations de rendement et du processus des évaluations de mises à l’essai probatoires. Agir à titre d’expert au sein de la succursale, demeurer au fait de la législation actuelle, des tendances des RH et des meilleures pratiques, afin d’assurer la conformité aux directives, aux lois liées à l’emploi et aux processus administratifs Offrir du leadership aux RH en collaboration avec le gérant de district des ressources humaines pour mettre en œuvre de nouveaux programmes des RH de l’entreprise et partager en temps opportun et de manière rentable les meilleures pratiques à l’échelle de l’équipe. Consulter le GDRH sur les problèmes de relations de travail, les enquêtes sur du harcèlement, les problèmes disciplinaires graves et les préoccupations en succursale. Encadrer, former et guider la direction de l’exploitation de la succursale sur la bonne conformité des RH et des processus. Déterminer et perfectionner les talents en succursale en partenariat avec la direction de la succursale afin de créer des plans de relève de la succursale et d’aligner les talents au sein de la structure de la succursale pour maximiser l’utilisation efficace des ressources et atteindre les objectifs généraux de l’entreprise. Jouer un rôle actif dans le processus de recrutement, assurer la conformité avec les postes offerts, les demandes et les processus de promotion dans les succursales. Utiliser les ressources communautaires et renforcer les rapports avec les agences externes et les institutions éducatives pour attirer proactivement des talents. Renforcer l’apprentissage et le perfectionnement par l’intermédiaire du processus du PPI, y compris la facilitation de formation personnalisée au sein des succursales. Fournir des possibilités d’apprentissage et de perfectionnement à tous les chefs du personnel. Atténuer les risques en s’assurant que la direction est en conformité avec les exigences légales pertinentes Stimuler la diversité en identifiant et en éliminant les obstacles pour les associés. Veiller à l’exécution des programmes de la Compagnie soutenant le renforcement de la diversité et être le défenseur de tous les associés. Éduquer tous les associés sur les exigences en matière de diversité parmi tous les associés des succursales ainsi qu’auprès de la base des clients externes. Démontrer les valeurs de la Compagnie en donnant aux gérants et aux associés du feedback honnête, précis et respectueux en temps opportun et en suggérant des plans de correction. Bâtir et gérer les relations avec le personnel de soutien des succursales et des districts (p. ex., gérants des divisions spécialisées, gérants de district à la prévention des pertes, chefs de personnel, équipes de district, etc.). Appuyer activement la gestion du changement en magasin, en partenariat avec la direction de la succursale et le GDRH, tout en construisant des relations d’affaires efficaces avec l’équipe de la succursale, et ce, afin de comprendre les besoins de la succursale et aider dans l’élaboration de solutions innovatrices. Être un défenseur du processus de porte ouverte, et représenter les compétences nécessaires conformément aux trois croyances de base de Walmart
