**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Gas ServicesRegional Services Unit Central Business Finance team provides commercialproject management, Service Operation Support, Business Controlling, Reportingand Analysis services to Siemens Energy business activities in North America.As the Financial Analyst Intern, the individual will have the uniqueopportunity to work with multiple functions within the finance team. The mainresponsibilities will include:
**How You’ll Make anImpact**
- Assist commercial project managers with cost analysis,controlling and reporting and various ad hoc analytics and reporting.
- Assist operational finance such as cost centercontrolling, employee utilization, and KPI reporting.
- Assist business controlling activities with monthlyforecast process, and various financial analysis activities.
- Support development and enhancement of financialprocedures and develop workflow to support each procedure.
- Assist teamsin process efficiencies, including automation enhancement / digitalizationprojects.
- Preparepresentations and ad hoc reporting for the Head of Finance
- Support andcoordinate various team activities for the team

**What You Bring***
- Enrollmentin for a masters/ bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years ofwork experience
- Preferredadvanced Excel knowledge, including power pivots and power queries.
- Preferredexperience using Alteryx and Tableau
- Preferredexperience using ERP system such as SAP.
- Developedpresentation and communication skills both written and verbal with ability tocollaborate effectively.
- Detailfocused with experience and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Flexibilityto adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
- Resourcefulto achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
- Ability tobe self-driven through remote working environment.

**About the Team**

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
