**Vocational Services Team Lead (Clinical Team Lead) - Acting Team Lead**

**Location**: Remote

**TERM**: Full time

**Are you an experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist who possesses strong technical skills combined with a passion for client outcomes? CBI Health is seeking a people leader to support the National Vocational Rehabilitation Services through the effective planning, directing, and overseeing of our Vocational Services team. This support will include the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that positively influence client, team member and funder experience across the job search services/programs that they are leading. As a Vocational Services Team Lead, you will call upon your problem-solving skills to lead a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists in day-to-day service excellence, leadership, and by example in the direct provision of services.

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, the Vocational Services Team Leaders work in collaboration with the Administrative Team Lead and is accountable for achieving excellence in the effective execution of vocational services.

***What you will do each day**
- Collaborate with other Team Leads to develop innovative Services delivery methods/models and ensure service are conducted with integrity and in alignment to Best Practice
- Collaborate with Administrative Team Lead to resolve gaps in service execution; assess and identify opportunities for improvements to team and programs/services
- Actively works to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders; develop and nurture strong business relationships
- Provide professional input into business decisions, service delivery model and developmental opportunities
- Ensure that Vocational Services are delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage team members with consistent use of professional performance development practice
- Align organizational objectives with corporate goals and functional goals, identifying business metrics to meet and exceed the CBI vision and values
- Lead by example, creating an environment that draws and retains high performing talent who live the values of CBI Health in accordance with the established vision of the organization
- Deliver vocational rehabilitation services

***Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**:

- University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline
- Working towards or holding relevant professional designations or certifications (i.e., Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), Registered Vocational Professional (RVP) Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), Return to work Disability Manager (RTWDM), considered an asset
- A member, or in the process of becoming a member of, the Vocational Association of Canada
- Be results-oriented, adaptable, well organized, and able to function independently
- Possess sound written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work well in an inter-disciplinary team and handle multiple assignments and deadlines
- Supervisory or leadership training is preferred
