**Overview**:
The General Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The General Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Grocery Manager, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Recipe for Success**
- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Escort customers to the appropriate aisle or shelve in order to assist with purchasing decisions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order
- Stock and replace products to avoid any damages
- Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products
- Prepare store displays and ensure that products are accurately labeled
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Managers

**Experience**:

- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under mínimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- Previous work experience is a plus but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are eager to train you with the skills you need to succeed
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a day
- **You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada**

Starting wage is $18/hr but can be negotiated depending on experience levels.
