**Quality Inspector**

**_Job Summary_**

**Responsibilities will include**:
Inspecting and testing incoming materials and products to ensure they meet specifications

Recording inspection results

Communicate with the production team to ensure orders are shipped on time

Visually examine welds

Flag non conforming product and coordinate rework

Maintain inspection log and daily tracking sheets

Understand priority sequencing for testing, and work under the Plant Supervisor

Working with welders when defects are found

Evaluating defects in materials and report accordingly

Notify managers about quality issues

**Qualifications**:
Able to understand mechanical drawings is a must

Great attention to detail and noticing small differences is a must

Great Mechanical amplitude and able to use inspection tools (i.e. caliper) is a must

Basic computer skills is a must

Ability to communicate in written and verbal English

Able to work in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment

Knowledge of fasteners and hardware is a plus

Knowledge of electronics/circuit is a plus

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
