Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in data, systems, and projects across the organization.
- Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
- Make recommendations for improvement of data quality to the technology and data team.
- Create and maintain Standard Operational Procedures and related documentation in collaboration with business matter experts.
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of data quality best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst role, working on designing, developing, and implementing data quality standards.
- Direct hands-on experience with ad-hoc query programs (such as SQL), and reporting software.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
- Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with statistical reporting and analysis.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
