**About the position**:
The Membership Support Student will assist in planning, implementing programs, day-to-day operations; and assist Active Living Programs staff, volunteers, and members.
- This position reports to Manager, Active Living Programs._

**Eligibility**:

- Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment; and
- A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Passion for networking, connecting and community work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working with older adults is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Successfully complete Vulnerable Sector Check screening.

**Wage**: $16.50 per hour.

**Schedule**: 35 hours per week, for 8 weeks

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M3C 2C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
