**Tu rol diario**:

- Implement, train and oversee the team of bulk sanitation employees.
- Implement training standards to ensure equipment, and surround areas are cleaned and sanitary prior to the production start.
- Monitor and maintain the Sanitation Program to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity while controlling or reducing cost.
- Maintain and monitor the completion of Sanitation documentation according to GMP’s, CFIA, BRC, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Communication with Buk Production team, and the Scheduling team for sanitation, and scheduling requirements.
- Monitor the chemical inventories to ensure required chemicals are available.
- Ensure the required sanitation tools and resources are available and adequate for Sanitation.
- Monitor the Health and Safety, OHSA and Sanitation practices.
- Follow directions from the shift Supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.

- ** Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Google sheets.**:

- ** Knowledge of Sanitation principles, chemicals, and microbiology is an asset.**:

- ** Minimum 1-3 years of sanitation experience and training.**:

- ** Minimum 1-3 years of leadership is highly recommended.**:

- ** Must be able to lift 23 kg or 50 pounds.**:

- ** Must be able to work in cold/hot environments.**:

- ** Must be able to climb stairs, walk, and stand stairs for extended periods of time.**:

- ** Ability to work different shifts including weekends.**:
