**This is a part-time opportunity working three (3) days per week.**
**Hourly range : $25.65 - $27.18**

As part of the Managed Payroll Services team, the Associate Payroll Specialist provides an exceptional level of support and service to Payworks' clients seeking an outsourced payroll solution. You will manage processing activities and payment schedules for multiple client accounts, with an emphasis on the timely, secure, and accurate processing of payroll on behalf of Payworks' clients.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED***:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- PCP Certification or related studies, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a HR or Payroll Department.
- Strong technical skills, with experience using Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Experience adapting to tight deadlines, managing client responsibilities, and sudden or frequent changes in priority in order to accomplish objectives.
**The Associate Payroll Specialist (Part-time) works on site at the Payworks office in Pitt Meadows.
