Assistant Branch Manager - Full Time

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with all sales and administration operations of the Branch including but not limited to: training and recruitment, federal and provincial regulatory compliance, and achieving individual and branch sales and product mix objectives.

Resthaven Memorial Gardens conducts approximately 520 interments per year and is supported by an offsite, McDougal & Brown Scarborough, a short distance away which serves approximately 530 families annually.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences.
- High comfort level leading a team of sales and administrative professionals, ideally with 2 years of sales experience, leading and coaching a large team.
- Experience in business development, sales and customer success is required.
- Hands-on experience hiring and training new sales employees.
- Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring full compliance of all federal and provincial regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability building strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve Company revenue goals and objectives
