**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team. The Registration Clerk will be responsible for supporting the insurance contracting registration processes efficiently and accurately for our advisors.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist advisors in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect and verify advisor contracting insurance information
- Enter data accurately into the Apexa system (training provided)
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software
- Knowledge of APEXA is a plus
- Experience in an office environment is preferred
