**BREAKFAST ATTENDANT**:

- As a hotel breakfast attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet area, replenishing food and beverage items, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and providing excellent customer service to guests during breakfast hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Set up Breakfast Area**: Arrive early to set up the breakfast buffet area with all necessary utensils, dishes, and food items according to the hotel's standards.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and arrange food items such as pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Regularly clean and sanitize all surfaces in the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure that food displays are kept tidy and organized throughout service hours.
- **Monitor Food Levels**: Monitor food and beverage levels throughout breakfast hours and replenish items as needed to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- **Guest Assistance**: Greet guests as they enter the breakfast area, assist them with any questions or special requests, and provide recommendations on menu items when necessary.
- **Handle Special Dietary Needs**: Accommodate guests with special dietary requirements or restrictions by offering alternative food options or providing information about ingredients.
- **Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations**: Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- **Assist with Clean-Up**: After breakfast service concludes, assist with cleaning and restocking the breakfast area, disposing of waste, and storing leftover food items properly.
- **Report Maintenance Issues**: Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

**ROOM ATTENDANT**:

- As a room attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and reputation of our establishment,

**Responsibilities**:
**Room Cleaning**
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure that all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items in guest rooms to the appropriate department.

**Linen and Towel Service**:

- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest room têxtiles as needed.
- Handle soiled linens and towels properly, following established procedures for laundering or disposal.
- Maintain an adequate supply of linens and towels in storage areas.

**Restocking and Inventory**:

- Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and stationary supplies.
- Monitor and restock minibars, if applicable.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.

**Public Area Cleaning**:

- Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all public areas are free of debris, spills, and other hazards.
- Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting in public areas as needed.

**Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when encountered.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering personalized service and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.

**Adherence to Safety and Sanitation Standards**:

- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food preparation and housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Stamina to perform tasks that may require physical exertion for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to cleaning chemicals and dust.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
