**The impact you will have**:
You have several years of sourcing and recruitment experience and play the role of strategic partner to the stakeholders you work with daily.
The Talent Advisor brings the recruitment process to life with proactive communication, forward thinking and the desire to really learn and understand the business areas you support. You are seen as a “go to” for the hiring leaders on all things talent acquisition and truly facilitate a clearly defined process.
This individual consistently leverages all internal and external resources and tools while always approaching each search with an innovative lens.
The **Talent Advisor** is responsible for partnering with hiring leaders across Softchoice to source, assess and advise on top talent. There will be a primary focus for this role on our inside sales recruitment, which is a critical hub in our business This individual will also partner in the recruitment of other areas of our organization including, outbound sales, all corporate roles, operations, and some technical roles too
**What you’ll do**:
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for early to mid-career professional hires.
- Drive the successful hiring within Inside Sales as well as partner with the leadership team through weekly updates, collaboration, and achieving hiring metrics.
- Strategic sourcing and leveraging/executing all available talent marketing tools and programs.
- Actively building business acumen
- Collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition and the People & Culture team.
- Participate and support talent acquisition projects as required.
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- 3+ years of full cycle talent acquisition advisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced culture
- Flexibility This team wears many hats, and we need you to as well
- Successfully managed several competing priorities while meeting expected timelines
- Solution oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
