**Job Overview**

Are you a customer service star? Join our winning team. Medical office experience not required but is an asset. As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the clinic and responsible for providing an outstanding client care experience. **An outgoing, welcoming personality with strong organizational skills is required.**

**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the office calendar effectively.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries, guiding them through the process as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
- Ensure that the office environment is welcoming and organized for patients upon arrival.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, billings and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred **but not necessary**:

- Strong & effective communication with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care is essential.
