**The Purpose of the Role**

The Campaign Operations Associate is an essential role in our fast-paced Client Success & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching at least 1 new better-for-you product offer each day to our community of 1M shoppers to try and review. As you grow with the company, you can help us optimize our processes so that we can launch thousands of products each year

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Write/edit product descriptions and SEO-optimized product titles, select visually appealing lifestyle images and brand videos to tell the brand story
- Perform pre and post-campaign launch QA to ensure total accuracy of setup
- Set-up product review syndication workflow with third-party partners
- Support on internal campaign reporting and prepare executive summaries of campaign results for our brand customers
- Work with the community support and product team to identify opportunities to improve our user experience
- Implement efficiencies related to campaign operations so that we can scale to new heights
- Stay up to date on internal system changes and update/educate impacted departments effectively

**What you will need to succeed in this role**:

- 1-2 years of work experience supporting customer or marketing operations
- A passion for the natural product space
- Experience working at online marketplaces, e-commerce companies or other digital-first companies is ideal
- Process oriented with an attention to detail and superior follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you'll become a pro at writing product descriptions
- Natural problem solver; ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time and manage your time efficiently
- Digitally savvy - previous experience working with Slack and the Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs etc)
- Ability to adapt to changing environment - responsive when priorities change and able to pivot workflow accordingly
- Supportive team player that shows diplomacy, tact and poise under pressure
