EMBASSY GRAPHICS is a prepress provider, specializing in the North America book publishing industry. We work primarily with Book Publishers in the New York area, and collaborate with printers all over the world.

As a global leader in prepress & color proofing services, we have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, client-focused Production Assistant, Customer Service).
- Organizing proofs and interpreting instructions to get items to production
- Packing and shipping proofs once production is complete
- Working with UPS WorldShip
- Scheduling work as required
- Work with department liaisons on scheduling workflow
- Ensure customer satisfaction

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
