Psychotherapist (Contract)

**What We Are Looking For**:
We are launching a new online and in-person therapy practice and seeking Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Social Workers (MSW) to join our team from the ground up. We aim to build an exceptional group of therapists who can work together as a community of professional collaborators.

We seek RPs and MSWs who share our values and can provide online therapy sessions to individual clients, families, and couples. This is a part-time/Full-time, independent contractor position with an initial term of 12 months that is eligible for renewal. The expected start date is January 9, 2024.

**Compensation**:The payment for therapy sessions will be split between the contractor and Iqaluk in a 60/40 ratio. The contractor will receive 60% of the session fee, approximately $100-135 per session.

We offer both contract services and salary-based services depending on your preference.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $71.28-$95.19 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
