Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, and other members of the team
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role
- Strong knowledge and skills in the majority of the following construction trades, framing, drywall (mud and tape), flooring installation, trim/baseboard, painting, siding, soffit, facia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
