**The Position**:
The TOCA Instructor position is a part to full-time position that works in coordination with the mission of TOCA. TOCA's mission is to provide quality instruction to enhance the soccer experience for players at all levels from recreational level to the collegiate and professional levels.

We are looking for someone who would like to make a career out of coaching soccer, focusing on one on one sessions and camps & clinics to all ages. This is a career opportunity that is very challenging, but extremely rewarding both personally and financially.

Work Hours - M-F - 12pm - 10pm / S-S - 9am-5pm

Other traits that are desired include using initiative, being a quick learner and able to adapt quickly in a scenario. Additionally a positive attitude, willingness to be part of a team environment, and a will to be challenged and stretched beyond your comfort zone. Furthermore, this opportunity will solely be what you make it to be.

TOCA will train and support you all the way at being able to use your personality and experience to use our technology and curriculum to develop the player in positive, fun and holistic learning environment.

**Job Functions**:
**Adhere by TOCA Instructional Policies, Coaching Methodology, and Technical Platform.**
- Consult with Professional Instructors and TOCA Instructional methodology to coach in a way that is in line with TOCA’s missions and values
- Follow the TOCA instructor rebooking process to ensure that you keep your clients on the schedule

**Instructional Training Process**
- Utilize the TOCA Platform and APP for a specific instructional plan for each and every client
- Develop and guide youth athletes to reach their full potential
- Support creating a fun, balanced environment for our athletes to train in.

**Lead by Example**
- Follow the process and procedures for TOCA Instructors
- Execute a minimum of 10 hours, to a maximum of 40 hours of instruction each week (some weeks more / some weeks less)

**Qualifications**:
**Availability Fit**:
1. Must be able to work at least an evening days and a weekend day

2. Flexibility to work additional days as needed

**Experience Fit**:

- College or professional playing experience
- Experience giving one on one lessons or coaching within a soccer development environment
- Team coaching experience is valued
- Fitness industry experience is valued

**Culture Fit**:

- Passion for youth and adult athlete development
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willingness to learn: An individual that is teachable, coachable, moldable, and a continuous learner
- High character individual that is good at relationship building, is growth-oriented and enjoys working with youth players

**Communication and Technical Skills**:

- Ability to learn and use multi-technical platforms provided by TOCA
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple technological platforms
- Ability to use technology to help themselves become more efficient and effective in maintaining relationships with clients
