The incumbent will contribute to the attainment of operational objectives in his or her sector by performing the tasks assigned to him or her. Collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates adaptability to change; is tolerant, receptive, and listens to others and to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to the reservations agents by adopting a personalized coaching approach;
- Provide support to reservations agents in their daily activities by answering calls and making reservations when required;
- Handle B2C, B2B and GDS client’s escalations.
- Resolve both minor and complex issues requiring a more in depth investigation in order to satisfy our customers.
- Assist trainers with procedure reviews;
- Support and assist mentors in developing trainings sessions when changes of internal procedures occur;
- Act as the go to person for reservation agents during evenings and weekends;
- Support destination representatives and the PSS team;
- Handle destination passengers inquiries;
- Be involved in the testing and development of new procedures and systems;
- Collaborate with the supervisors to assure the proper follow-up on all reservation agents’ errors and coaching;
- Listen to call recordings in the management of specific/ issues;
- Make financial and/or commercial decisions after analysing some cases;
- Act as an procedural and technical expert for other departments.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience as a reservations agent;
- Bilingualism (French and English - written and spoken);
- Knowledge of TTS, Radixx, E-Ticket Services, Salesforce and AAR;
- Excellent procedural and product knowledge (B2C, B2B, GDS);
- Cruise knowledge (an asset);
- Great collaboration and teamwork skills;
- Analytical mindset and proven prioritization capabilities;
- Decision-making and under pressure working abilities;
- To be recognize for their dynamism, their positivism, their proactivity and their sense of resourcefulness;
- Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast pace changing environment ;
- Available to work on a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
