We are looking for a Project Manager to work within CI Investment Services Inc. to plan, execute, and successfully implement medium to large projects, within strict deadlines and budgets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Direct and manage medium to large projects from beginning to end.- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business and technical requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Develop detailed project and resource plans and associated communications documents.- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, while also tracking project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING- 3 - 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.- Knowledge and experiences with financial markets, broker dealer and custody processes.- Project Management Certification is an asset.- Demonstrated experience in managing project teams.- Experience with working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.- Demonstrated ability to handle shifting priorities, demands and timelines by using analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.- Demonstrated ability to be tenacious and assertive but also able to persuade, encourage, and motivate team members and stakeholders within a customer service environment.- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.- Ability to proactively review trends in project activity and forecast any potential issues and risks to the project delivery dates.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Strong familiarity with MS Project, Office 365 and Atlassian software - Confluence and Jira.- Proficient at creating and maintaining project documentation.- Excellent organization skills.
