Veterinary Receptionist

Cedarview Animal Hospital is looking to add to our Client Care team.

Our Client Care Representatives are the liaisons between our clients and the veterinary care team, and are responsible for a wide variety of administration tasks including, but not limited to:

- booking appointments and managing a schedule for 6 veterinarians
- preparing correspondence
- preparing medical paperwork
- greeting clients and patients
- concluding invoices and accepting payment for services

Pay: $19.60-$24.73 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
