Panda Hub is North America's largest car detailing marketplace. Gathering the finest car detailers in every city and showcases them all to clients to choose from. The CFO will be reporting directly to our CEO.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive team on financial matters.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet the organization's financial obligations.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability through effective financial management.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in a complex organization.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and make sound financial decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. They will develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the organization's long-term financial health. The CFO will also provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial matters. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, risk management, and business development.

Qualifications for this position include a masteres degree in finance or accounting (MBA or CPA preferred), proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role, advanced analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of risk management principles.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the finance team, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving business growth through effective financial management. This is a critical role within the organization that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to make sound financial decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $75,522.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
