**The Program Secretary is responsible for providing clerical support to the manager, Family/Client Support Facilitator and front-line staff of the Manor House Adult Day Program, at St. Joseph's Heritage.**

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- **Post-secondary education in a secretarial or related program**:

- **Experience with accounting systems, including Sage 50, is preferred**:

- **Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically**:

- **Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint**

- **Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity**:

- **Excellent oral and written communications skills**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:
