In line with their strategic expansion, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide their projects to new heights. This role offers the chance to play a key part in a team driving technological advancements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily on-site visits, overseeing 5-8 project sites and engaging directly with clients for technical and project support.
- Provide leadership and technical assistance for both in-person and remote projects, including those requiring after-hours and weekend attention.
- Drive process and system improvements in collaboration with a tech team of 14-20 members, depending on workload, to enhance our company's operational efficiency and growth.
- Manage comprehensive project documentation from planning and quotes to client communications, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, accurately determining project scopes and requirements.
- Utilize extensive experience in access control systems to collaborate effectively with project management and technical teams.

**Salary Range**: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 (min 5) years of experience in structured cabling, security, or access control, with a strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, an
- d project management, particularly in access control systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of professional interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to process and system improvement.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Based in the GTA, with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (car allowance provided).
