North Star Windows is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong Customer Service skills to join our dynamic Team.

**Purpose**:
We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual with superb organization and paramount attention to detail, strong math skills and outstanding people and communication skills.

Reporting to the Order Desk Team Leader, the purpose of this position is to represent North star in a positive and professional manner while interacting with customers regarding window and patio door orders.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Daily processing of incoming manual orders in a timely manner
- Processing and verifying orders submitted through quoting software
- Verifying all details and specifications of each order to ensure accuracy
- Contact customers with any order discrepancies for clarification
- Process order change and rush request from Dealers and Sales team.
- Support customers with order inquiries
- Coordinate resolutions for customer concerns and issues. Escalate to sales team and managers when needed.
- Carry out administrative functions as directed by Manager
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
- Continuous improvement in order management. Instill questions and review processes/practices and make recommendations accordingly.
- Cross training and backing up other departments may be required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Completion of post-secondary education an asset
- Relevant experience in similar position
- Window and door experience/knowledge is an asset
- Docuware experience is an asset
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated, results focused and acts with high sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proven attendance record
