Relevant du directeur services aux entreprises, l’agent services financiers aux entreprises travaille en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de comptes. Il réalise des activités cléricales, opérationnelles et de soutien à la vente, en contribuant à l’offre et à la prestation de service auprès des membres entreprises servis par la Caisse.

Responsabilités principales du poste
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de comptes et les conseillers services aux entreprises afin de coordonner des activités définies par le besoin de financement des membres entreprises;
- Réaliser des activités de soutien à la vente permettant de finaliser la prestation de services au niveau du financement aux entreprises;
- Saisir les états financiers, préparer les documents contractuels et légaux, compléter les offres de financement et préparer les documents à expédier;
- Procéder à la consultation et à l’inscription au Registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers, à la demande ou à la libération d’une quittance de prêt et au déboursement du prêt;
- Obtenir les documents permettant le déboursement et intégrer les données permettant l’activation aux conditions convenues;
- Procéder à l’ouverture de compte des membres entreprises;
- Détecter des opportunités d’affaires auprès des membres entreprises et les référer aux directeurs de comptes;
- Participer, au besoin, à certaines activités de développement des affaires auprès des entreprises, des partenaires et des centres de services;
- S’assurer que les dossiers sont complets et conformes dans le respect des délais, des standards de qualité et des normes de contrôles internes prescrits.

Profil recherché
**Scolarité**: Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration de bureau
**ET/OU Expérience**: 1 année d’expérience en services financiers ou en administration de bureau

**Compétences principales**:

- Maîtriser les deux langues officielles (orales et écrites);
- Être doué pour la communication interpersonnelle;
- Faire preuve de rigueur professionnelle et de minutie;
- Savoir gérer son temps;
- Démontrer une grande capacité à apprendre sur le terrain;
- Être familier avec la composition des états financiers, ainsi que les contrats de prêt et de garanties;
- Connaître l’ensemble des produits et des services destinés aux entreprises;
- Être familier avec la philosophie et le fonctionnement d’une coopérative de services financiers ainsi que les procédures opérationnelles relatives aux activités de financement et de soutien à la vente.

**Rémunération**: Selon le niveau N4 (45,916 $ - 56,719 $) de l’échelle salariale en vigueur
