Purchasing Clerk

Aurora location is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Aurora, ON. This position will be responsible for for the purchasing of products, materials, and services for the Company.
**Responsibilities;**
- Accurately preparing and recording Purchase Orders in the ERP system
- Approving Purchase Request and communicating auto generated PO’s to senders
- Compiling and generating requests for materials
- Receiving and approving of PO’s for services and forwarding to Accounting Department
- Maintain records of purchases and supplies
- Handle inquiries about orders
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and Lot documents
- Accurately input PO information in ERP Database
- Adjust Purchase Orders according to their invoices as requested by Accounting Department
- Generate PO’s for Online Purchases.
- Weekly count report of Production consumables and office supplies
- Order Production consumable and office supply
- Perform other duties as required
- Provide assistance as required to the Supply Chain Department
- Follow the company’s safety rules, policies, work instructions, and SOPs
**Knowledge/Qualifications**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent writing, typing, and reading skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to work well without direct supervision
- Ability to work to exacting standards
- Good time management skills
- Safety awareness and a responsible work attitude
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $20.00 per hour
