**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**

Upon your arrival, you will support the IT Business Services team. You will report to the Senior IT Business Services Manager. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while enriching your career and working on Enerkem's unique disruptive technology.

Your role and responsibilities will be:

- Work with department heads to understand each department's training needs.
- Design, develop and implement training programs best suited to meet identified needs.
- Manage the entire training process, including planning, coordinating and delivering training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on participant feedback and performance indicators.
- Extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) enabling you to define, develop and maintain the platform
- Hands-on approach to
- Define, develop and maintain training data tracking to ensure regulatory compliance and meet reporting requirements.
- Develop e-learning capsules including the recording of the narration (English and French)
- Coordinate, update and retrieve content from other online repositories
- Define, develop and implement automations with the collaboration of other IT services
- Promote the tools available, continuously improve the employee experience and stimulate their participation in training activities.
- Maintain a watch on training trends and developments to improve existing programs

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- 5 years of previous professional experience in coordination and development of training programs
- 5 years of experience with learning management systems and training content creation software.
- Knowledge of training and organizational development practices and theories.
- Information technology proficiency, enabling automation and integrations with other systems, is an asset

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Able to define processes, and work independently or as a team with mínimal oversight
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment - ability to identify potential issues, present them to management offer potential solutions to assist in mitigating risks and improve service delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and build strong professional relationships.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent sense of organization
