**Security/Dispatcher Camera Monitoring**

Full-time

To provide Dispatch communication and Coordinate Operations with Security Guards regarding incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc., and log details of radio transmission, telephone calls, and verbal instructions, and to direct backup security support as necessary and to provide indirect supervision of Security Guards.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Dispatch Security Guards to incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc. Log details of radio transmission, telephone calls, and verbal instructions.
- Direct backup support as necessary.
- Inform management of major incidents.
- Maintain the Camera Surveillance System.
- Conduct security equipment audits.
- Maintain key control, lost and found, and emergency contact lists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Monitoring CCTV system for unwanted activity, and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion.

**Must-Have**:

- A valid Ontario Security Guard License is an asset.
- Shift flexibility is preferred.
- 2 years experience with a Security firm or as a Security Guard in Ontario.
- A minimum of 1 year of Security Dispatch/Operations or scheduling experience.
- Ability to schedule and cover open shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act is an asset.
- The ability to function proficiently in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
- A strong customer service focus, able to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Customer Service experience.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- WHIMS certificate.
- AODA Certificate.
- Smart serve Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.

**The following are mandatory can be purchase if you don't already have at the LTS office after hire.**
**If you own any of the following please bring them for inspection to get approval after hire.**
Use of force training with Baton and Handcuff (LTS approved site "Stay Safe" which can be set up at time of hire.

**Job Type**:Full-time.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour.

**Schedule**:

- 10-hour shifts.
- 8-hour shift.

**Experience**:

- Ontario Security Guard: 1 year. (required).
- Dispatching/Operations/Scheduling: 1 year. (required).

**License/Certification**:

- Ontario Security Guard License. (required).
- Do you own a working vehicle. (preferred).
- Are you looking for Full Time. (preferred).

**Shift availability**:

- Night Shift. (preferred).
- Overnight Shift. (preferred).

**Work Location**:

- LTS Head Office (56 Pennsylvania Ave, Unit 18A, Concord).
