**Job Title**

Group Sales Consultant
- Identify, build and strengthen relationships with Group Advisors
- Demonstrate commitment to take ownership of client/advisor problems at first point of contact for assigned employee benefits advisors and their clients
- Represent RBCI within assigned territory to increase market awareness of RBCI Group Benefit Solution capability
- Build profitable Group Advisor relationships, achieving business growth goals, revenue plans and cost controls
- Develop market intelligence to identify potential new Group Advisors appointment opportunities within assigned territory
- Deliver presentations to Group Advisors on sales concepts, market and product updates
- Role is 100% WFH
- This is a wholesaler role
- Life/Accident & Sickness Designation - required
- CEBS GBA 1 and 2 - preferred
- Technical knowledge of Group Benefits product lines
- 1-3 Years Group Benefits experience OR
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience

**Job Summary**

As a Group Sales Consultant, you will provide integrated Group Benefits Insurance planning and advice. You will focus on new sales acquisition and retention as well as serving as the one-point of contact for assigned Group Advisors.
