In order to amplify our impact we are currently looking for a **Showrunner** to take on one of our best performing shows, **Paradigm**.** We are growing fast and show no signs of slowing down.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the production, the deadlines & following the studio's guidelines from concept through to delivery
- Coordinate with project directors, video editors & scriptwriters to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Monitor budget and production calendar
- Be in charge of the social media content strategy, vision and evolution of the studio
- Conducting research and managing researchers to identify story ideas or topics relevant to target audiences
- Strong storytelling expertise
- Understands strategic programming: considering content scheduling, social media platform and audience etc.
- Communication, teamwork & leadership skills
- Ability to manage several projects at a time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital technology and editing software packages is an asset
- Able to make sense of platform analytics - are you data driven?

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience successfully developing a youtube channel or digital show.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications or equivalent
- Must have strong story-telling & content sensibility
- Must be comfortable with both remote and on set work
- Experience managing a creative team.
