Not only are our projects important, but they are also interesting. No one solution is the same and you will be a key member of the team delivering unique solutions for our customers in Canada and the United States. You will be involved in all project phases and will have the opportunity to see your project plans brought to life.

**What Will You ‘Be’?**
- **The Project Contact**. You will work closely with our external customers and our internal project stakeholders and will be the point person for all things ‘project’: plans, updates, changes, questions, everything. Working in sync with our Marketing and Business Development representatives, as well as the many technical teams, your goal will be to deliver a solution that addresses all our client requirements and be an active actor in the continuous improvement of our products.
- **The ‘Conductor of the Orchestra’**. The project teams will be made up of cross-functional groups including Business Analysis, Software Development and Testing, Hardware Development and Integration, Networking, Customer Support, and the Secure Document Manufacturing operation. There are many moving parts to our projects, and since no one solution is the same, you will be a dynamic leader ensuring that all department representatives are working together to ‘make music’.
- **The Time, Budget and Quality Advocate**. Delivering high-quality security solutions is our ‘raison d’etre’ and you will work to ensure we do this on time and on budget, always with an eye on quality to maintain our SLAs.
- **The Tracker.**You will know what is happening with the project at every stage and will ensure project deliverables and milestones are tracked effectively. Project reporting, status updates and document management will be key elements of your role.

You will be a dynamic project manager who thrives in managing complex IT projects of varying scope. Leveraging your experience in IT project management, your commitment to quality and dedication to delivery will help you achieve success in our organization.

**_Knowledge/Experience_**
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science/Engineering (or related), or Business/Commerce/Related with significant experience in the IT space.
- Significant experience delivering custom IT turnkey solutions with a strong technical knowledge of the components that comprise a solution including server architecture, database technologies, network infrastructure and specialized desktop peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Expertise coordinating complex IT systems development and deployment projects that involve integration with legacy solutions, third-party systems and/or security interfaces.
- Experience leveraging strong analytical skills and expertise in risk and budget management to develop effective project plans for projects where the path forward is not always known.
- PMP designation (asset)

**Mandatory Requirements**
- The ability to obtain and maintain, Government of Canada reliability security clearance;
- The ability to travel domestically and in the United States. Approximately 15% - 20% of the time.
