If so, Phase One Design is looking for you to join our team as Marketing Coordinator

**Job Duties**
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand /unique selling proposition awareness and achieve business objectives
- Work closely with the leadership team and Sales team to roadmap strategic growth
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Drive both B2C and B2B customer acquisition and retention
- Create intimate and lasting relationships with audiences and customers
- Research, write and publish compelling content for social media, blogs, web
- In-depth knowledge of press and media usage in Alberta and BC to maximize reach.
- Manage digital product launches and ongoing product management activities
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics using analytics tools
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Growth oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work independently and take leadership in their initiatives.
