About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Krishdev Homes Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Marketing Communications: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute marketing events, including conferences, workshops, and product launches.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content creation strategies, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
