Forage is currently seeking a part time Production Worker to join the production team and assist with the daily operations of the production department.

Reporting to the Production Manager the Production Worker position requires a self-motivated, organized individual with teamwork skills.

**Duties of the Production Worker include but are not limited to**:

- Organize raw materials required for production, inspecting products for quality control, and organizing inventory of finished products.
- Prepare shipments accurately and on schedule.
- Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Follow all standard operating procedures required in t
- Ensure workstation, production, shipping, and office areas are clean.
- Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner and comply with a culture that promotes safety as a priority.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow direction, work independently, and successfully collaborate with others.
- Willingness to acquire technical knowledge and expertise by embracing continuous learning.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
- Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies.
- Ability to manage time effectively with a process and results-driven approach to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Good physical dexterity. Capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and lifting 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to operate and control industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with best practices for preventing and reporting accidents and hazards is helpful.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
