**This Role is For You If**:

- You have demonstrated sound credit judgement with knowledge of legislation regarding risk related mortgage laws
- You possess a strong customer service focus with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and French is preferred, and are able to work well independently as well as within a team environment
- You have 2-5 years of residential mortgage underwriting and/or funding experience
- You possess a highly positive “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills
- You take ownership of your tasks by working proactively and being driven by delivering high quality outputs
- You have the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively within in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- You are excited at the prospect of working for a fast growing organization with the chance to grow and create a positive impact

- Vous avez fait preuve d’un fort jugement en crédit et d’une connaissance approfondie des aspects légaux liés au financement hypothécaire

- Vous avez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la souscription des hypothèques résidentielles

- Vous savez prioriser les tâches multiples au sein d’un environnement sous pression et orienté vers les résultats
